Existing building is a circular building and was never renovated from the original construction over 40 years ago. Design was to provide the special care for the children. Due to lack of mechanical and electrical in the existing area, new service had to be provided for all rooms.
Construction had to be ongoing with the patients on the same floor, therefore special precaution was taken so as to contain the dust within the area of work.
