With the scope, magnitude and profile of the project, Long & DeLosa will assign a Principal-in-Charge to offer executive level commitment and provide project overview.
His personal involvement will ensure that your project is afforded the necessary resources to meet all budget and schedule criteria. He will ensure that all contractual responsibilities of Long & DeLosa are discharged efficiently, effectively, and at the highest level of quality. He will oversee the activities of the on-site Project Manager, as well the in-house Technical Support Group during the construction phase.
The Principal-in-Charge is an important member of the Long & DeLosa team. However, the Project Manager is the individual assigned the day-to-day responsibility of executing the project.
The Project Manager will be supported by a Field Superintendent, who will interface with the subcontractors and ensure that quality levels are maintained. Long & DeLosa's superintendent staff will also monitor the subcontractors closely to ensure the budget and schedule are met.
Offering ongoing support as required will be a team of in-house technical specialists in estimating, scheduling, value engineering, safety and quality control.
The staffing to be developed for the client's project is based on Long & DeLosa's specific knowledge experienced on similar projects in the metropolitan area. We feel that project staffing is an area that is best discussed with the client, and we look forward to this opportunity with the client.
Long & DeLosa offers the client personnel with outstanding credentials in three areas:
Managerial Expertise - effective planning and control, staffing, organizing, coordination, ext. Leadership Capabilities - a proven key to productivity and quality. A strong leader and Project Manager can create an environment that results in highly committed and motivated employees. Technical Knowledge - each member brings specifically relevant experience to the project. We look forward to working as a team member on each project.
